Privacy policy

This translation is provided for information. The Spanish version of this policy is the one that governs:Política de privacidad.

This policy explains how the personal data received through the contact form on insideebb.com is handled, under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) and its Regulations.

2. What data is collected

What you write in the form: your name, company (optional), email address, the type of service you are interested in and your message. No sensitive data is requested; please do not include any in your message.

The site uses no cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses neither cookies nor personal identifiers. When you visit, the hosting and network providers (section 6) record technical data such as your IP address, which they use to serve the page and protect it.

3. What it is used for

To reply to your message and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal for an assessment, a development project or a training program. The data is received in the company's mailbox, read, answered and kept as part of the conversation. It is not used for advertising, not sold and not handed to third parties for their own purposes. No automated decisions are made and no profiles are built with it.

4. Legal basis

The performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 7, item 5, of the LOPDP): you write to us to ask for information or a proposal, and your data is needed to provide it.

5. How long it is kept

For as long as the conversation lasts and, if no service agreement is reached, up to two years from the last contact, so that it can be resumed. After that it is deleted. If a contract is signed, the data is governed by that contract. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner at any time (section 8).

6. Who else receives it

The providers that run the site and the email, acting on behalf of INSIDEEBB and only for that purpose:

Resend, which sends the form's emails.
Zoho, which hosts the company's mailbox.
Contabo, which hosts the site's server.
Cloudflare, which serves the site, protects it and counts its visits.
Google Fonts, which serves the typeface of the confirmation email when it is opened.

Their servers are outside Ecuador, so sending the form involves an international transfer of data. It takes place because it is necessary for the pre-contractual measures you request (art. 60, item 4, of the LOPDP).

7. If you do not provide the data, or it is inaccurate

Without a name, an email address and a message the form cannot be sent; you can write directly to[email protected]. If the email address you give is wrong, we will not be able to reply.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You have the rights of access, rectification and updating, erasure, objection, portability and suspension of processing, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated assessments (arts. 13 to 20 of the LOPDP). To exercise them, write to [email protected] with the subject line “Data protection”, stating which right you are exercising. It is free of charge, and the reply arrives within the ten-day term set by art. 62 of the LOPDP.

9. Complaints

You can file a complaint with the controller, at the email address above, and with Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection (spdp.gob.ec).

10. Minors

The form is intended for companies and organizations, not for minors.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this same address with its effective date.
